We offer 90 day warranty on parts and labor for items available for sale within the Continental USA. Export items should be tested and inspected prior to shipping outside the country. We welcome customers to inspect the unit/s at our facility prior to purchase. Please understand your are purchasing used Industrial equipment that has been reconditioned not refurbished.

1 Year CERTIFIED WARRANTY (2010 or Newer) Cost + $ 2,100.00
Preventive Maintenance (PM) Required 3 - 1 at 4 months, 1 at 7 months and 1 at 10 months. Zero deductible with proof of preventive maintenance.
Deductible: $500.00 per incident if no proof of scheduled preventive maintenance is provided.
Certified Warranty is offered exclusively for equipment sold by UPC America, LLC Only select lift equipment that meet a minimum standard criteria based on make, model, hours, functionality, and battery load test results qualify.
Covered under warranty are all electrical components including controller, motors, modules, mechanical drive unit, bearings, and hydraulic system, manifold, pump, hoses, lift structure, and safety features.
Work performed under warranty is done by electric forklift specialists. UPC America will coordinate service and provide the new or refurbished parts.
Not covered are operator performance preferences, scratches, dents, tears, and most cosmetic damages or imperfections. Equipment left outside in bad weather or in cold storage / freezer that has not been properly protected or conditioned prior to purchase. Factory freezer ready equipment can be identified by the data tag or can be reconditioned at an additional cost depending on the qualifications, ask your sales representative for details and /or a formal quotation.
