Customer preferences are not covered under warranty but may be performed prior to shipping. UPC America, LLC will coordinate a certified technician to perform all warranty work approved for repair.
Forklift will be delivered via flatbed trailer, offloading is customers responsibility and may require a flatbed tow truck to transfer to ground level.

We know you are buying based on pictures, videos and our reputation. To prove we are confident on the quality of our Electric Forklifts, UPC America offers a 90 day warranty for parts and labor on mechanical electrical, and battery issues, ON SITE.
We inspect and service the electric forklifts we sell and we stand behind our work. UPC America is confident in our technicians skills and quality controlled procedures. You will have 90 days after you receive your Electric Forklift to use it. If you have any concerns we want you to contact us right away, we offer free technical support at any time day or night. In the rare event you find a mechanical or electrical problem, within the 90 day warranty period, UPC America, LLC will coordinate a visit by a certified Technician and provide new and/or refurbished replacement parts as needed.
Optional 1 Year Certified Warranty
Select equipment qualify for the 1 Year Certified Warranty based on Year Make Model and Hours. 1 Year Warranty begins 1 day after the 90 day standard warranty expires. Customer is responsible to have a qualified technician perform preventive maintenance every 90-120 days. Documented proof of PM required to maintain full term coverage.
Batteries Load Test Report
Battery condition is essential for your next Electric Forklift performance. Test results report the utility life expectancy which includes manufacturer model , manufactured date, continuous hours and overall percentage based the manufacturer's technical specifications.
Important Delivery Information
Offloading will be customers responsibility, if your facility does not have a standard loading dock, it may require the services of a flatbed tow truck to transfer to ground level, not included in our quotations or freight charge.
